Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of front desk agents to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and accuracy in all front desk interactions.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to front desk agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, with at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with team members and customers at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
