Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Club Quarters, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests while handling the front desk's responsibilities and other duties as requested by the Senior Guest Service Manager. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and efficient service to guests through interaction and communication.
Operate the front desk, handling all aspects of guest service, including reservations, billing inquiries, and concierge duties.
Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work as a team to create a positive environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

Flexible schedule, including AM, PM, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in the use of SMS and other equipment, including kiosks, and able to analyze and resolve problems with PMS and/or interfaces in a timely manner.
