Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in the process of recruiting a Front Desk Coordinator for our operations in the hospitality industry located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves offering support in administrative tasks and customer service within a fast-paced environment. It offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
• Handle multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication between clients and team members.
• Deliver concierge services, assisting guests with their queries and needs.
• Execute data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks and correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Employ strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Manage and organize files, maintaining a well-structured and easy-to-navigate filing system.• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
• Experience in providing Concierge Services
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Prior experience in the Hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
