Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming mail by opening, sorting, scanning, and distributing digitally
• Perform shipping and receiving duties as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office space
• Utilize digital communication tools frequently, including ordering and filing systems
• Support essential in-office functions with a detail-oriented and positive demeanor
• Assist in preparations for the reopening of the office
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word effectively as part of daily tasks.• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• High degree of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with office management systems and procedures
• High School Diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
