RN Home Health - Vancouver, WA - Local or Traveler

13 weeks
28 units minimum productivity per week
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
on call rotation required
Clark county no set territory but try to limit driving time
Experience with home health, wound care, lab draws, wound vac desired
Home health required, HCHB or training highly preferred

Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
