Job Title: RN/LPN - New Higher Wages

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Avail Home Health. As a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, allowing them to live with their families in familiar surroundings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other stakeholders
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
  • Current CPR certification
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
