Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Efficiently manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area to create a pleasant environment.
• Provide guidance, directions, and assistance to visitors and team members as required.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are sorted and distributed accordingly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure smooth front desk operations.• Proficiency in Data Entry is required, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel for various tasks such as record keeping and data analysis.
• Strong ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls, ensuring a high-level of customer service.
• Experience in staff scheduling, coordinating shifts and managing absences to ensure smooth office operations.
