Front Desk Manager

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk.
They oversee all aspects of the front desk, including check-in and check-out, guest services, and reservations.
The Hotel Front Office Manager must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
They must also be able to manage staff effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the front desk operation, including check-in and check-out, guest services, and reservations
- Manage front desk staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
- Resolve guest complaints and issues
- Prepare and maintain front desk reports
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that guests have a positive experience
- Develop and implement new front desk procedures and policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a hotel front desk management role
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
