Job Description:
This Front Desk Coordinator role will provide essential support to our Garden City office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, sending e-faxes, and maintaining office supplies. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, respond to queries, and direct visitors to the correct personnel
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment
- Assist with digital mail sorting, document management, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
