Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage office administration tasks
• Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to maintain customer records and perform other tasks
• Process paperwork, including customer credit applications and billing documents
• Assist customers in understanding service requests and provide explanations when necessary
• Use forecasting techniques for market forecasting tasks
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service request management
• Handle materials and documents, including scanning and specification tasks
• Use the 'About Time' software for various tasks
• Contribute to procurement processes and tasks.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage schedules effectively
• Familiarity with billing and paperwork procedures
• Experience in procurement and forecasting
• Ability to handle materials and scan documents
• Proficiency in Service Request Management
• Experience in onsite office administration
• Ability to type a reasonable Words Per Minute (WPM) rate
• Experience in handling and resolving complaints
• Capability to provide clear explanations to customers and team members
• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is advantageous
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in training staff or customers
• Ability to assist customers effectively and professionally
