Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas. The HR Manager will be tasked with ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, fostering positive employee relations, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. This role is central to our operations and will require a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities: • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and suggest improvements as needed. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations strategies. • Resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management. • Investigate employee complaints or allegations and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address them. • Assist managers in handling employee performance issues or disciplinary actions. • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and permanent top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria. • Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers. • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings. • Utilize HRIS and other systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Experience with Ceridian software.
• Knowledge of HCM (Human Capital Management) systems.
• Understanding of Benefit Functions within an organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to handle compliance issues in the HR field.
• Strong background in managing employee relations.
• Experience in managing and improving hiring processes.
