Robert Half's client in Marlborough, MA is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to assist their office for a 4-week engagement. This person would be responsible for managing relationships between a wholesale fuel organization and their respective store locations.


Responsibilities:

- maintaining licenses

- pulling permits

- organizing store promotions

- supply ordering

- general administrative support


Where: On-Site in Marlborough, MA

When: ASAP

Duration: 3-4 months (could extend)

Hours: part-time / 24 hrs a week

Pay: $19+ depending on experience

• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas - Exploration & Production industry is essential
• Previous work experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent skills in email correspondence, ensuring effective communication
• Demonstrated ability in filing and organizing documents systematically
• Experience in ordering office supplies and managing inventory
• Ability to manage vendor relationships professionally and efficiently
• Experience in maintaining vendor files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office productivity software
• High School Diploma; additional qualifications in administrative support will be a plus.
