The Administrative Associate I can expect to focus in the following areas: • Preparation of client meeting documents and account paperwork • Document preparation and processing • Inputting and updating client information in our CRM • Managing documents and client’s electronic files • Account maintenance within systems and with custodians • Management of daily check deposits • Partner with Relationship Associates to deliver a best-in-class client experience


• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related degree preferred • 0 – 2 years proven success in financial services field preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook • Previous experience with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software preferred • Committed to TCI’s Core Values and upholding the highest ethical behavior • Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other business entities with which TCI Wealth Advisors has a relationship • Client-first attitude – Seeks to provide outstanding service to all internal and external clients.
