Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at JCC Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of administrative systems, processes, and infrastructure to support the growth and activities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee the administration of human resources, including payroll, benefits, and talent management.
  • Manage the implementation of new financial and membership management systems.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the senior management team.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of senior professional experience in finance and administration.
  • Experience in managing the finance and administration of a multifaceted organization with minimum revenues of $10 million.
  • Experience in creating and driving analytic frameworks for planning and managing organizational change.
  • Excellent people skills and experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Technologically savvy with experience working with IT staff to develop and implement new processes and systems.
Compensation

Base salary from $130,000 to $150,000 depending on level of experience. Healthcare and other benefits available.
