Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant at Elle Seller provides key support to the management and staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including answering phones, handling emails, and maintaining correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff, utilizing calendar management tools.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide support in various projects and company initiatives, working collaboratively with team members.
  • Serve as a point of contact between departments, vendors, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies and managing inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or administration preferred.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
