Job Summary

Scottsdale Community College (SCC) is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist Sr to provide advanced administrative office support for the Facilities Management department. This position will assist with procurement, work order management, project coordination, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, monitor departmental purchases and invoicing, and maintain inventory records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and office services in support of the Facilities Management department.
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director and department managers, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison for the Facilities Management department, communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, including files, drawings, and warranty information.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of full-time equivalent experience in administrative office support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
