Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will oversee and execute a variety of support functions, ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $16-$20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and screening as needed.
  • Greet and guide visitors and clients effectively.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems as designated.
  • Gather information from records, emails, and other documents; prepare written summaries as required.
  • Address and resolve administrative inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and schedules.
  • Document and distribute minutes or records from meetings.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure maintenance of office equipment.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative capacity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
