Admin and Inventory Support

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic organization in the semiconductor industry to find an Admin and Inventory Support professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Location:
Fully onsite - Hillsboro, OR 97124

Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts:

    • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 7 AM to 7 PM

    • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 7 AM to 7 PM

Compensation:
$24 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative and inventory tasks.

  • Manage logistics for shipments and customer inquiries.

  • Create quotes and invoices, and track expenses.

  • Assist with project documentation and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks



Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
