Job Details



Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
2. Perform regular inspections and audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance or potential quality issues.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions to identified quality issues.
4. Compile and analyze quality control data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).
6. Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
7. Participate in project planning and review meetings, providing input on quality control considerations.
8. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their products meet our quality standards.
9. Handle customer complaints and issues related to quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering,.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies, including AISC standards.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
6. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality.
9. Professional certification in quality control or a related field would be an advantage.
10. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential quality issues before they become problems.
