Job Description
We are seeking an Account Associate to join our integrative medicine team. The successful candidate will assist patients via phone calls and in-person by checking them in and out, taking co-pays, verifying insurance, adding new insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments. This role addresses higher patient volume and demands for services. The position is a 5-month contract with the opportunity to apply and interview for permanent vacancies.
Hard Skills- 2+ years’ experience scheduling patient appointments or supporting patients in a similar manner
- EPIC experience required - MAESTRO experience preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English-Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
This is a contract position with a duration of 5 Month(s).
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Durham, North Carolina.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced integrative medicine clinic. This role is onsite, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The pay rate ranges from $18.72 to $22.87 per hour.
