Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our detail oriented Services team located in Omaha, Nebraska. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be tasked with handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring all customer records are maintained accurately. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the project management system effectively.
• Ensure accurate recording of customer payments and handling of credit card payments.
• Process tax returns and maintain a log of financial statements processed.
• Oversee the maintenance of the storage facility and manage the log of incoming records.
• Upload e-files, checking for any rejects and rectify them promptly.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sort mail efficiently.
• Assist clients with required signatures and set up new clients.
• Take responsibility for maintaining firm permits and continuing detail oriented education for accountants.
• Ensure the yearly organizers are mailed out and download postage as required.
• Manage the ordering of supplies for the firm.• Experience in answering inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Proven track record in providing exemplary customer service
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent email correspondence skills, demonstrating clear and concise communication
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization
• Ability to create compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong command over Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
