Job DescriptionJob DescriptionExciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role involves administrative assistance, customer service, and process management throughout the sales and production cycles, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Account Executives with calls, order entry, proofreading, and project paperwork.
• Conduct research for quotes and follow up on project statuses.
• Manage shipping reports, file shipping quotes, and catalog samples.
• Ensure order accuracy, complete licensing documentation, and handle customer outreach.
• Maintain CRM records, project files, and input final quotes and artwork.

Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in sales.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/database management.
