Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent service to customers.
• Maintain and update customer records with high accuracy.
• Handle data entry tasks efficiently.
• Manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
• Oversee and coordinate both inbound and outbound calls.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Use Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint as required.
• Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Demonstrable excellence in customer service
• Proven experience in data entry tasks
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
