Primary Responsibilities:
· Data entry of information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for customer projects including project progress reports, project timelines and Client resource charts.
· Attend meetings with the Machine Integration, Mechanical Design, Process Engineering and Project Management departments to gather information to update related Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
· Assist in data entry and organization of employee and contract employee travel documents and related Microsoft Excel charts, Travel Request Forms and Field Service Reports.
· Assist in the data entry of employees and contract employee field service hours into payroll software.
· Assist with any other administrative duties as requested.
Education/Skills Required:
· 1+ years in an administrative role within a manufacturing facility.
· Competent in Microsoft Excel
· Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred, but not required.
· Excellent communication skills
· High school diploma or GED
