Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance addressing issues related to their personal computers, including troubleshooting error codes and installing software • Offer support for a variety of systems, including Mac OS and Microsoft Windows 10 • Assist in managing the ticketing system and implementing new service systems • Handle walk-in center duties, assisting users with their personal computers and university-provided laptops, tablets, and phones • Ensure seamless connectivity of devices to the Wi-Fi network • Provide limited remote support using TeamViewer when necessary • Engage in hands-on roles, working alongside student workers or independently as required • Contribute to the transition towards Windows 10 and manage some remaining Windows 7 systems • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of various versions of Mac OS, from the oldest to the latest versions.
