Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the IT Manager in daily duties and responsibilities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide technical support to staff and customers via email, phone, and online tickets.
  • Help with training new personnel on the use of the network, Outlook, intranet, and other systems.
  • Perform duties associated with the IT Help Desk, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Backup the IT Manager in supporting staff requests for assistance and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with updates to the Bank's intranet, ensuring forms and policies are up-to-date and archived.
  • Assist with the annual rotation of computers, installs, and updates to computers, network hardware, and software.
  • May install and configure peripheral equipment.
  • Assist with managing information and access control procedures.
  • Offer ideas and suggestions on addressing organizational information needs with current technology.
  • Assist in developing and testing disaster recovery protocols for the organization's information systems and data processes.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of standard software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to lift boxes, computers, etc. and bend or stand on a step stool as necessary.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some lifting is required.
