Salary: $52,000 - $63,000 per year
Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

  • Obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses and continuing education credits.
  • Work independently on assignments with moderate technical complexity.
  • Investigate, analyze, and negotiate auto claims of varying complexity.
  • Handle some or all aspects of each claim, including informal hearings, arbitrations, and small claims litigation.

What You Need to Apply:

  • 1–2 years of prior auto claims handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
