About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex workers compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Develop and implement claims resolution strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate with claimants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective claim resolution
  • Manage and maintain accurate and detailed claim files
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workers compensation claims
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations
