Your Role:
• Contribute to financial accuracy by preparing journal entries and balancing accounts.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and perform audits.
• Manage financial data and create reports to support internal decision-making.
• Support cross-functional projects, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table:
• Required Skills & Experience:
oBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
oStrong ability to analyze data and resolve financial issues.
oFamiliarity with Excel and other basic office software.
oClear and effective communication skills to work across teams.
oExcellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Preferred Expertise:
oBackground in Accounts Payable functions, including reconciliation.
oFamiliarity with enterprise financial systems or similar tools.
oUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.
