Accounts Payable Specialist Opportunity in Downtown Seattle

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As the successful candidate, you will handle a range of tasks vital to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our client's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with organizational policies and support the accounting team.
  • Generate reports to assist with month-end close and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in accounting software.
What We Offer:
