Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit information
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform data entry tasks, including numeric data entry
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze financial data
• Collaborate with payroll and accounting supervisors for financial management
• Contribute to the growth and success of the company by improving accounting processes and procedures.• Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting role or similar field
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Numeric Data Entry
• Demonstrated ability to manage Accounting Entries
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
