The role involves verifying damage claims, processing financial statements, managing medical records, data entry, and performing reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
• Verify the accuracy of damage claims submitted and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to confirm their validity.
• Process preliminary financial statements for ongoing cases and update them to reflect the most current information.
• Liaise with medical providers to obtain additional records or clarification as needed.
• Enter and update data from medical providers and other relevant entities into the CRM system.
• Perform regular reconciliations of case accounts to ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain accurate records of provider-related transactions and communications.
• Document findings and communicate discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for various accounting functions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and billing functions.
• Administer Salesforce and facilitate account reconciliation.
• Manage medical billing and insurance claims processes.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Demonstrable knowledge in Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Skills in Auditing are crucial.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is desired.
• Knowledge in Salesforce Administration is beneficial.
• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation is important.
