Recruitment Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and coordination for both onsite and remote candidates.
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and implement instructions
Strong interpersonal relation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Talent Acquisition projects
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and teams
Coordinate availability for interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Send meeting invitations to candidates and interview teams
Create and distribute interview itineraries
Reschedule interviews as needed if conflicts arise
Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects
Prioritize urgent requests that arise
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
Track interview progress
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
