Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and coordination for both onsite and remote candidates.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    • Effective time management and prioritization skills

    • Ability to read, understand, interpret, and implement instructions

    • Strong interpersonal relation skills

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition projects

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and teams

    • Coordinate availability for interviews between candidates and hiring teams

    • Send meeting invitations to candidates and interview teams

    • Create and distribute interview itineraries

    • Reschedule interviews as needed if conflicts arise

    • Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects

    • Prioritize urgent requests that arise

    • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements

    • Track interview progress



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
