About the Role

This Parts and Inventory Specialist position involves ordering parts for repairs, managing inventory, handling sales to outside customers, scheduling, and processing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering Parts: Procure parts required for various repairs to support operational efficiency.">
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.">
  • Sales Support: Engage with external customers to understand their parts needs, provide appropriate solutions, and process sales transactions.">
  • Scheduling: Coordinate with the team to schedule repair services and parts deliveries.">
  • Customer Orders: Process and fulfill customer orders, including tracking shipments and addressing any inquiries or issues.">

Qualifications:

">
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.">
  • Proven experience in inventory management, parts ordering, or a similar role.">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.">
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.">
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

This is a full-time onsite position with an estimated annual salary of $43,680 - $51,200, depending on prior experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
