Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: In-office
Start Date: ASAP

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare client in Albuquerque to find a dedicated Medical Scheduler to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination of radiology imaging exams while delivering excellent patient care.

Position Summary:
The Medical Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all radiology imaging exams. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks related to scheduling and ensure patient information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing a high level of customer service.

  • Gather patient demographics, insurance details, and procedure information from multiple sources to schedule appointments.

  • Review and interpret medical orders/forms accurately.

  • Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments with patients and medical offices.

  • Maintain an organized, neat, and HIPAA-compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office environment (scheduling experience preferred) OR high volume call center experience.

  • Proficiency with multiple computer systems and multi-line phone systems.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
