Installation Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Installation Project Coordinator to join our team at DH Pace Company, Inc. As an Installation Project Coordinator, you will effectively coordinate and/or perform all aspects of the installation project to ensure processes and procedures are being followed and the project is completed successfully. The Installation Project Coordinator will serve as the primary resource for job coordination from initial point of sale to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Review hardware schedule, floor plans, and construction schedule for projects.
- Work with Management to create a plan for installation and provide accurate labor and incidental pricing for submittals.
- Coordinate with Management to create and distribute team schedules in order to keep open projects on schedule.
- Work with Management to recruit and/or assist in training of field installation crews.
- Serve as primary onsite installation contact and as a technical resource to Managers and shop-install staff.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all associated with the project.
- Travel to jobsites to oversee material check-in, staging, install, adjustment, and/or final walkthrough.
- Ensure proper and consistent safety precautions are being followed.
- Maintain a central supply of field equipment and tools.
- Ability to work overtime as required.

**Requirements**

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Five (5) years of onsite commercial installation experience with three (3) years leading others in a commercial construction environment preferred. Commercial estimating and/or detailing experience a plus.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
- Experience with project management, scheduling, dispatching, administration, or customer service
