Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts, ensuring seamless candidate experiences, and driving business growth. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a systematic approach to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with department heads to identify job openings and support hiring staffing needs
  • Extend job offers, initiate onboarding, and submit E-Verify data
  • Compile reports on recruitment for HR and Leadership teams
  • Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
  • Maintain open communication among departments and keep Sr. Director of HR and Recruiting Manager informed of all activities, issues, and special events
  • Maintain recruitment department supplies and inventories
  • Perform other duties of a similar or related level as necessary or assigned

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ATS (application tracking system) software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills; must be able to have a systematic approach

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • (3) years in Human Resources with a minimum of two (2) years in staffing, recruiting, onboarding, or administration
  • Knowledge of ATS software and Microsoft Office, required
  • And/or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training

Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year
