Responsibilities

  • Interacts with department heads to identify job openings.
  • Supports hiring staffing needs.
  • Extends job offers and initiates onboarding.
  • Submits E-Verify data.
  • Compiles reports on recruitment for HR and Leadership team.
  • Conduct screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.
  • Maintains open communication among all departments and keeps the Sr. Director of HR and Recruiting Manager informed of all activities, issues, and special events.
  • Maintains recruitment department supplies and inventories.
  • Performs other duties of a similar or related level as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of ATS (application tracking system) software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills; must be able to have systematic approach.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • (3) years in Human Resources with a minimum of two (2) years in staffing, recruiting, onboarding or administration.
  • Knowledge of ATS software and Microsoft Office, required.
  • And/or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
