This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include managing reception, addressing and routing phone calls, data entry tasks, and overseeing mailer projects.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the reception area, ensuring a detail oriented and welcoming environment for all visitors
• Manage inbound calls, answering queries and directing calls to the appropriate departments
• Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle mailer projects, ensuring timely completion and distribution
• Assist in organizing and maintaining customer packets, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available
• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Process customer applications, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the detail oriented Services industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls
• Previous experience in handling packets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using office equipment including computers, printers and photocopiers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varying schedules when necessary.
