Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Staff to join our team at Platinum Hospitality Group LLC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Reservation Management: Take hotel reservations via telephone, confirming guest information, room selection, price, and guarantee method.
  • Communication: Respond quickly to guest needs and complaints, maintaining a sincere interest in providing stellar customer care.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to process information quickly and accurately.
