Front Desk Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance on customer service standards.
Process guest transactions, including payments and refunds.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and computerized systems.
