Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.

  • Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance on customer service standards.

  • Process guest transactions, including payments and refunds.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and computerized systems.
