Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Dimension Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and providing key cards and instructions as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage guest accounts, including computing bills, collecting payments, and making changes as necessary.
- Process and transmit messages, including mail and messages, using hotel equipment.
- Understand and enforce hotel credit policies, ensuring accurate accounting and deposits.
- Take the initiative to greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assigning work and ensuring proper performance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 months experience in hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service.
Salary: $14.00 per hour
