· Identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions or improvements.
· Conduct and document root cause analyses for recurring issues.
· Quickly grasp and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Proficient in software installation, including printers and scanners.
- Understanding of networking principles and remote access protocols such as LANs/WANs and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills are essential.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and situational awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years required.
