Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join our team at Datasite. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our global clients, enhancing their overall product and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients in setting up and configuring projects and features within Datasite products.
  • Offer product support by troubleshooting issues and directly answering user questions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve timely resolution.
  • Develop knowledge of industry and customer use cases and workflow.
  • Delight customers through every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including experience using functions such as VLOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Independent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and learning agility.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years previous experience in a client service or product support environment.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in explaining technical terms.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience supporting software or SaaS applications.
  • Expert fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, or Japanese.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the M&A industry.

  • This is a remote position with a requirement to be located in one of the following metro areas: Minneapolis, MN; Houston or Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; or Tampa, FL.
