Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

Tri-Starr Talent is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide critical support to users via phone, email, remote access, and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Manage and deploy computer systems and encrypted hard drives.
  • Create and update helpdesk tickets.
  • Administer Windows Active Directory user accounts and group memberships.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience with Windows desktop OS (7, 10, 11) and MacOS systems.
  • Familiarity with a Windows Active Directory environment, including hardware and software maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and firmware.
