Operations and Sales Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a new technology company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the company's success through strategic decision-making and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Collaborate with the founders to develop and refine operational procedures, processes, and workflows.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including returns processing, customer communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee item management, packaging, and shipping.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop a pipeline of potential residential community customers and drive sales efforts.
  • Improve and mature the sales process to target commercial and portfolio-level customers.
  • Prepare pitch materials for customers, partners, and investors.
