About the Role:

Nutricia North America is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with key customers and centers, promoting products within customer segments, and driving growth of brands and products in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans for the territory, focusing on business planning steps within span of control, as well as needs from cross-functional partners.
  • Provide analytic insight to territory data, issues, and opportunities, utilizing all available company resources.
  • Represent Nutricia at industry trade shows when beneficial for the territory.
  • Participate in team meetings as required to report on overall territory status and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, and/or medical equipment industry or 3+ years of clinical experience in healthcare practitioners' offices, hospitals, and/or medical facilities.
  • Nutrition and/or clinical experience preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian (LD), or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Reside in the assigned territory and willing to travel 25-35%.
