Byram Inside Sales Account Manager

As an Account Manager for Byram Inside Sales, you will be responsible for generating new revenue and growing market share for Byram Healthcare within a defined territory. You will work closely with our manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of new accounts
- Conducting meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business
- Logging all activity for every sales call in Salesforce on a daily basis
- Collaborating with colleagues in Operations, Reimbursement, and Managed Care to develop and execute pull-through initiatives for all referral sources within their defined territory
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram service, products, and managed care contracts
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- 3-5 years sales experience, healthcare and/or service sales preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple items at once
- Ability to handle private and confidential information securely
