Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at SpotOn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our full product suite to local businesses and restaurant owners, building positive relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with local business owners and merchants to promote our software and payment processing solutions.
  • Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to deliver presentations, demonstrate products, and close sales.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on selling software and point-of-sale solutions, as well as payment processing.
  • Collaborate with our extended Sales Support team to achieve sales performance goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering against sales goals.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of $70,000, with on-target earnings of $112,000.
  • Daily commissions for new accounts signed, bonuses for hardware and implementation, and monthly production bonuses.
