Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at GPAC. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support litigation counsel in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Manage the discovery process, including the collection, retention, and production of documents, and assist counsel in drafting discovery responses.
  • Draft basic legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters.
  • Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years civil litigation experience in organizing large caseloads, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Commercial and business litigation experience is a plus.
  • Office management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Great time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with trial presentation software.
